What we collect

When you book a table, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, party size, and any notes or allergy information you choose to give us. We only ask for what we need to run your booking.

Why we collect it

To hold your table, send your booking confirmation and any updates, and to let our team prepare for your visit. If you tick the optional marketing box, we'll also use your email to send occasional news and offers — that consent is stored separately and you can withdraw it any time by contacting us.

Who sees it

Your booking details are visible to Scran staff managing reservations. We use a third-party email provider to send confirmations. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as reasonably needed for running the café and our own records, then remove them. If you'd like your booking data deleted sooner, contact us and we'll action it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Get in touch on 07588 876459.
